2. Documentation Fee (D O Fees): Your quote: INR 4500 per HBL. Our benchmark: INR 1500 per HBL. This is a difference of 3000 INR (33 USD) higher.
3. Service Fees: Your quote: INR 7500 per HBL. We require a clear explanation of what this Service Fee covers. We have our own agency for all clearance and handling in India and do not require this service. This charge must be removed.
4. TSA Charges: Your quote: INR 3500 per BL. Our benchmark: INR 1000 per BL. This is a difference of 2500 INR (28 USD) higher.
5. EDI Charges: Your quote: INR 350 per BL. We typically do not pay any surcharges like this in India. Given the high USD exchange rate (currently 90 INR to 1 USD), we cannot agree to these surcharges.

- Port of Loading: The cargo must move from Port Shanghai, not Qingdao. - Delivery Port: Bangalore ICD via Chennai. - Local Charges: Please share a clear, itemized breakdown of any charges that must be paid in India at the time of collecting the Delivery Order. - Agent Details: Please share your agent's office details in Chennai. - Sailing Schedule: We require the sailing schedules and transit timelines. The vessel must be a direct service and sail exactly as per the SO without delay. We cannot accept excuses related to port congestion or vessel delays.
